899 Charleston, the senior living community at the Taube-Koret Campus for Jewish Life, is being developed by the Jewish Home of San Francisco, in collaboration with the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center of Palo Alto; the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties; and local community leaders.
What is the current status?
You can make your reservation and select your new home by placing a refundable deposit. You are welcome to attend an informational seminar. These are held on a regular basis throughout the South Bay area, providing an easy and convenient way for interested seniors and their families to learn more about this brand new community. You may want to visit the Preview Center for 899 Charleston, located at 366 Cambridge Avenue in Palo Alto, to see more of the details of the exciting new community.

Who is leading the planning process on behalf of the Jewish Home?
The President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Home is Daniel Ruth. David Friedman, Chairman of the Jewish Home, also chairs the TKCJL Design and Construction Committee and is a member of the TKCJL Board of Directors. Jewish Home trustees Michael Adler, Ben Anixter, and Larry Marks also serve on the Design and Construction Committee.
